1. Introduction

• 2.5Each player may hold only one bga99 account. Duplicate accounts will be identified through system checks and will be subject to immediate closure. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited at bga99's sole discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the bga99 platform, including deposits and withdrawal requests made by players in Bangladesh:

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. bga99 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Funds deposited into your bga99 account are credited to your gaming balance and are not held in a trust or escrow account.
• 3.2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed on the same day they are submitted, with most requests completing within 15 to 30 minutes via bKash or Nagad. bga99 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer and are subject to the processing timelines of the receiving bank.
• 3.3Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the bga99 account holder. bga99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, and any withdrawal request that appears to involve a third-party payment method may be declined pending verification.

• 3.5Any funds deposited into a bga99 account that have been sourced from fraudulent activity, stolen payment instruments or unauthorised third-party payment methods will be subject to immediate reversal and account closure. bga99 cooperates with financial institutions and relevant authorities in such cases.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bga99 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus or offer is made:
